Christopher S. Petersen
Chairman of the Board
Mr. Christopher Petersen is currently the Assistant Corporate Controller for ThyssenKrupp with $2B in global sales and more than $3B in total assets. He has also been a Senior Auditor for KPMG LLP. Mr. Petersen currently serves on the Board of Directors for three additional companies. He received a B.A. in Accounting from The Eli Broad College of Business at Michigan State University with Honors and his Masters of Science in Accounting from the same university.
President and Chief Executive Officer
Jon brings well over 30 years’ experience of successfully developing new medical technologies and building successful companies. Prior to Neograft, Jon was CEO of LumeRx, a venture backed gastroenterology startup, VP of R&D and Operations at Biosphere Medical (acquired by Merit Medical); VP of R&D and Operations at Urologix (ULGX), and VP of R&D at Pfizer/Schneider (acquired by Boston Scientific). He cofounded Harbor Medical (acquired by Teleflex) and held several positions of increasing responsibility at Medi Tech (now Boston Scientific).
Thomas M. Dugan, MD
Dr. Dugan is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School Of Medicine and a retired cardiologist. He trained at Duke University, Georgetown University and the University of Pittsburgh. He is a former president of a large cardiology and cardiovascular surgery private practice group. He has served on the Board of Trustees of St. Vincent Health Center and the Board of Directors of Alliance Health Network HMO.
Brad R. Petersen
Dr. Brad Petersen is currently a Pharmacy Operations Manager at OhioHealth’s Grant Medical Center. Grant Medical Center is a Level I Trauma Center that performs over 20,000 surgeries annually. Dr. Petersen currently supervises pharmacy services for the surgery suite as well as outpatient infusion center. He serves on the Board of Directors for two additional companies. Dr. Petersen received his Doctor of Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and his Masters in Health System Pharmacy Administration from The Ohio State University.
Richard C. Petersen Jr.
Mr. Petersen is currently the President of Petersen Jr. Enterprises, which he founded. He spent 32 years with GM/DELPHI before he retired as the General Director of Corporate Planning for Delphi-Steering. He has been recognized in Who’s Who for U.S. Executives and as one of the Outstanding Young Men of America. He is currently the Executive Director for the Petersen Foundation, the President of Fivesome Corporation, Managing General Partner for Fivesome Capital, Managing Partner for Cardio LLC and the Petersen Family Limited Partnership. He is also the Chairman of the Board for Rinovum Women’s Health LLC, and WeSpeke. He is a Director for a number of other entities that vary based on investments from time to time.
Michael (“Mike”) Tovian is Executive Consultant of Dosepoint LLC. He previously was President and CEO of Harmony Pharmacy and Health Center where he succeeded in building and growing the airport pharmacy’s strategic goals and profitability. He served as Managing Director of Healthios Global, Inc., a healthcare merchant banking firm and spent 28-years prior to that with Walgreen Drug Stores, Inc. in various roles of increasing responsibility, including Vice President of Managed Care Sales and Contracting, Vice President of Store Operations in the Puerto Rico and Southern Florida markets. Michael Tovian is a graduate of the University of Iowa with a degree in Pharmacy. He has attended both Duke University and Wharton School of Business, Executive and Pharmacy management programs.
